Our  Policies

Please take a moment to review our policies before booking your appointment with us.

Cancellation Policy

We require notice of more than 48 hours for reschedule requests or cancellations. No call/no shows or cancellations/reschedules within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a fee in the amount of 50% of the scheduled services.

 

A La Carte Pricing

We offer an a la carte pricing model that allows you to choose each specific service and treatment. All services are priced individually due to their specific nature and the time required to complete each service. Please book accordingly.

 

Timely Arrival

We ask that guests arrive 5 minutes early to their appointment. Please give yourself extra time to park so you can arrive stress-free and ready to enjoy your visit. Parking is available on the street with meters or at the Center Street, where the first 3 hours are metered. Free street on the side streets of Kingston Rd. Due to a full schedule, it may not be possible to complete your full service if you arrive late. Arriving more than 15 minutes late could result in a reduction of services or re-booking, resulting in the loss of deposit. If your artist is running behind more than 15 minutes, every effort will be made to correct the experience.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on services or products. However, Curl Rituals guarantees quality work. If you have any concerns about the service or product you received, please let us know within 7 days, and we’ll address them promptly.

 

Color Adjustments Policy

We want you to love your experience at Curl Rituals. We believe in an open, honest conversation between our guests and our team. While we do not offer refunds on services, we guarantee all of our services when you purchase the recommended product regimens to maintain your look at home. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please let our leadership know within 5 days of your service so we have the opportunity to make adjustments. Color adjustment services must be completed within 10 days of the original service, or an additional fee will apply. Please contact leadership at info@curlrituals.ca for more questions

 

Exchanges

Defective or damaged products will be exchanged for another product pending management approval. Used products are non-refundable. For any questions, please contact us at info@curlrituals.ca..

 

Color Usage Fee

We have partnered with a data collection company to measure our color usage down to the drop. This allows us to accurately measure and charge for the amount of color used for each individual guest, ensuring transparency and fairness.

Reservation Deposits

Your reservations are important to us. A 20% deposit will be required for appointments booked online. Kindly provide us with at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours in advance) will result in a loss of deposit. No-shows incur a $100 charge to the card on file, along with the deposit loss.

 

Salon Discretion

As an inclusive space, our priority is safety and security. All appointments are subject to cancellation at the salon's discretion if a situation arises. In the event of an illness-related reason, Curl Rituals reserves the right to reschedule any appointments as necessary while making our best effort to accommodate.
