We do not offer refunds on services. However, Curl Rituals is proud to guarantee quality work and if you have any concerns about the service you received please let us know within 7 days and we’ll address the concerns.

Exchanges

Defective or damaged products will only be exchanged for salon credit or another product pending management approval. Used products are non-refundable. For any questions, please contact us at info@curlrituals.ca.
