Cancellation 

Please note that once you’ve booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore, we request that you give at least 48 hours notice when cancelling your appointment. Failure to give proper notice will result in a 100% service charge to a credit card on file.

A la carte 

a la carte pricing model that helps you choose each specific service and treatment. All services are priced a la carte due to the nature of a specific service. Each service requires a specific amount of time to complete each service, please book accordingly.

Lateness/tardiness

If you are late arriving at your appointment, your services may be altered to fit the remaining time. Please give us a call to modify your appointment if you are running behind. Please note that if you’re more than 15 mins late and we haven't heard from you, your appointment will be canceled and treated as a “No-Show” and your file will incur a cancellation penalty.
